Chunks of Prime Scotch Aberdeen Angus Beef simmered in Broughton Ale and topped with a mash of Ayrshire potatoes 

Roast gigot of Scotch Lamb with a rosemary & garlic gravy, served with roasted golden wonder potatoes and organic carrots from Ross-shire

All of our lamb and beef comes from Hilltop Farm, Edinburgh.
